Development Concepts worked with A2SO4 and RW Armstrong to provide a vision for a master planned community on an island off the coast of Abu Dhabi. Completely covered by sand, the island provided the project team with a blank slate. Therefore the team could work “carte blanche” to create a plan that would respond to market forces in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East. DCI specifically assisted in choosing the best development program for the site and provided alternate economic development scenarios to the client.
